At Reviv, we're committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Our refund policy varies depending on the type of appliance you've purchased. Please review the details below.

Reviv Appliance Without Support

For customers who purchased the standard Reviv appliance without support:

  • This product is sold as a final sale with no returns or refunds accepted
  • Refunds will only be issued in the following circumstances:
    • Non-receipt of product
    • Receipt of incorrect product (different from what was ordered)

Reviv Appliance With Support

For customers who purchased the Reviv appliance with support package:

  • You may request a full refund within 90 days of purchase
  • To be eligible for a refund, you must:
    • Maintain a weekly journal documenting your progress and results
    • Complete one onboarding call with our Reviv team to discuss your concerns and receive guidance
  • The physical appliance does not need to be returned

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request:

  1. Send an email to ken@getreviv.com
  2. Include a detailed explanation of your refund request
  3. If you have the supported package, please attach your progress journal

Processing Time

All refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 15 business days of receipt.
