Shipping Policy

At Reviv, we strive to deliver our products efficiently and securely to our customers. Please review our shipping policy to understand our process, delivery timelines, and any related conditions.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 7 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Time

Generally shipping takes 7-10 days to most locations and we do not offer any express services.

Note: Delivery times may vary based on your location, shipping carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to all countries that are available in the country dropdown list on checkout.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses or military bases.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website. If you do not receive a tracking email within 3 business days, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us for assistance.
  • Reviv is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure you provide an accurate and secure shipping address.
  • If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.  

6. Address Changes & Order Modifications

  • Once an order has been placed, we can typically only modify the shipping address within 24 hours of purchase.
  • If you need to update your address, please contact ken@getreviv.com as soon as possible.

7. International Shipping & Customs Fees

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.
  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees and are the customer’s responsibility.
  • GetReviv is not responsible for delays due to customs clearance procedures.

8. Returns Due to Failed Delivery

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to pick up the package, or customs refusal, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping fee. Refunds will be issued minus shipping costs if the customer no longer wants the item.
